New Shanghai Promotion

New Shanghai, a not so new Dim Sum restaurant located at lower ground level (opposite Mercato grocery store) of Pavilion, Kuala Lumpur. Although known as a Dim Sum restaurant, they serves many choices of porridge. Also, New Shanghai is a good place to hangout with friends to enjoy different type of Chinese tea and coffee too.

Currently, they are offering a Dim Sum Tower Set Menu at RM16.80++ per person (min. 2 person). After 2.30pm everyday, there will be an additional 30% discount for this set menu. In terms of the set, it is really value for money, especially when you are dining in Pavilion.

The set include a chicken and century egg porridge, and a few type of selective dim sum. The uniqueness of this set is that the dim sum are served in tower style, like the English afternoon tea style. I personally like their porridge more than the dim sum but this is just my very own preferences.

Overall, I can give New Shanghai a 7 out of 10 rating. Give it a try for the Tower Set Menu. Remember, it has to be after 2.30pm. Enjoy!
