Dinner at Ben's Pavilion Kuala Lumpur
To make a decision on where to go for dinner in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur is challenging especially when I am working here. As a consumer, the innate needs will trigger hunger. Given the many choices available around KL, the decision process tend to be complicated.
Therefore, the evoke sets plays a vital role in facilitating my selection. Today, when I face the first stage of consumer decision making process, my evoke set immediately show me the visual of Ben's in Pavilion KL. Yes, my subconcious mind is telling me to go for my favourite Pesto Spaghetti with chicken at Ben's. Without any hessitation, we headed there and consume it.
I think it is not just the pesto spaghetti (product) drives me there, but the people and physical evidence. The staffs there were trained well and attentive. The interior design of the restaurant was condusive and good atmosphere for chatting with friends.
In terms of pricing, it is very subjective depending on hoe you perceive it. To me, I think it is at the middle high side. However, for a restaurant in Pavilion KL with good ambient, it is considered reasonable.
I would suggest for occasional dining with friends after work, especially if you want to escape the bad traffic jam after work. Good place to chill out and dine while others rushing home for domestic responsibilities.
